Los Angeles-based designer Arleen C. has been a rising force in the shoe and fashion industry for over twenty years. Her signature line has captured the eye of the Hollywood elite with such names as Cher, Madonna and Goldie Hawn wearing her shoes, to name but a few. Christina Aguilera, an ultra-devoted follower of the glamarous line, couldn't wait to tell the designer herself how she had bought every pair of Arleen C's available in her size - and was even wearing a pair at the time.

Arleen started off as a clothing designer on 7th Avenue in New York City before starting her independent label with handbags more than 10 years ago, eventually moving her entire business into shoe design. She has privately designed for noted companies such as Titan Industries under the bebe label, as well as Cels Enterprises, the corporate identity behind the well-known footwear lines Chinese Laundry and On Your Feet. Arleen continues to produce hot private label collections for clients such as Dooney & Bourke and bebe.

Since the Arleen C label was born in L.A., her shoes are popular in the L.A. markets where celebrities and their stylists shop. And it is no wonder the line is so hot with stores like the trend-setting Kitson in Los Angeles carrying the line and never missing a collection, making Arleen C the fashion focus of several magazines, including US Weekly featuring Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan, all sporting the ultra-hip shoes. Britney Spears has also been spotted wearing a pair of Arleen C's signature rhinestone-embellished "Tiara" boots in People Magazine.
